Last weekend our friends at Deadend Magazine put on their Second Annual Custom Capitol Car Show at Manzanita Park in Prunedale, California. Last year was such a hit, they decided to make it an annual show and this years line up of cars was top notch!
I started going up north for car shows when Alex Gambino started having his annual "Sit Down" and have tried to make it ever since. The quality of builders in Northern California is extraordinary - with shops like Blue Collar Customs, Salinas Boys Customs and people like Blackie Gejeian and Rod Powell. If you haven't, you have got to get up north. This weekend, in San Jose, Deadend will be hosting a cruise on July 10th, Gambino's Sit Down is on the 11th, and The Stranger's Annual Picnic is on the 12th. We hope to see you there!
